Choosing from 40 different fitness charts, teachers can create circuit activities that are safe and fun for students of all fitness abilities. Each fitness chart carries key messages of physical literacy and inclusion, and offers exercise techniques that are illustrated with written how-to-perform descriptions and safety tips. These sturdy charts can be used by teachers to customize cardiorespiratory, speed, agility, balance, and resistance routines to suit their students' current fitness level. Newly designed, these new charts will make it easy for teachers to deliver Daily Physical Activity (DPA) sessions and Fitness Blasts that are safe, fun, and personalized to meet the needs of all students. |
