Functional Fitness Chart Kits - Elementary Series (K-9)

Each chart is designed for clarity, accuracy and simplicity.

Teaching proper movement patterns doesn't get easier than this.

Developing confident, competent movers.

The Functional Fitness Chart Elementary Series takes aim at helping kids develop the strength base they need to acquire fundamental movements and sports skills. Each kit was created to help students acquire the right movement patterns that will increase their overall ability to participate in physical activity.

The Elementary Series targets the early stages of growth and development. It is during this time that basic movement patterns are learned, and typically become engrained in a child's everyday movements. By teaching children proper mechanics of these fundamental movements, they will develop a safe foundation on which to grow into healthy, active adults.

"This is an outstanding resource that is safe, challenging and fun, for both the generalist and specialist physical education teacher. These charts will enhance the delivery of physical education programs and Daily Physical Activity in your school."

~ Bob Soroko, Research Consultant, Ontario Physical Education Safety Guidelines,
Ontario Physical and Health Education Association (OPHEA)
