What's New for K-12?
Fundamentals of International Business, which was released and Trillium-listed in Spring 2010, has been well received by the Business Studies community. The textbook is accompanied by a teacher's guide and extensive online support for teachers and students.
Web Explorations in International Business was released in Fall 2010. This comprehensive resource is designed to help teachers use the Internet to teach students about the ever-changing world of international business through a wide range of innovative lessons and activities.
Building on the popularity of our previous fitness charts, we will begin releasing our new series of Elementary and Secondary Fitness Charts in 2012. We are developing four sets of charts for use at the elementary level, and four sets for use at the secondary level. These charts incorporate new equipment, and focus on functional movement skills.
Our Grade 11/12 personal fitness resource, Personal Fitness: Faster, Stronger, Smarter, is well underway. This exciting new resource will provide students with foundational knowledge in the principles of movement, fitness program design, and nutrition science. It is scheduled for release in Spring 2013 (pending final approval of Ontario's new Physical and Health Education curriculum).

What's New for Higher Education?
We recently released three new higher education titles: a second edition of Leisure and Recreation in Canadian Society by George Karlis, a third edition of our sociology of sport reader, Taking Sport Seriously edited by Peter Donnelly, and the first edition of a dance conditioning book entitled Conditioning with Imagery for Dancers by Donna Krasnow and Jordana Deveau.
In Fall 2010, we released two new titles in our Aboriginal Policy Research Series — Volume 9: Health and Well-Being and Volume 10: Voting, Governance, and Research Methodology. The research and policy discussions in these books were originally presented at the Aboriginal Policy Research Conference in 2009.
We are currently working on a new project with the National Association of Friendship Centres.
We've received a great response to the new editions of Social Work in Canada by Steven Hick and Seeing Ourselves by Carl James, both of which were released in Spring 2010.
