In this three-part webinar Dr. James Mandigo discusses the evolution of physical education and how to define it in a 21st century context. Dr. Mandigo justifies the importance of physical education as it pertains to physical literacy and developing healthy habits in students from an early age.

Dr. James Mandigo is a Professor for the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at Brock University in St. Catharines, ON. A member of the Canadian Sport for Life Leadership Team, Dr. Mandigo's current research explores the role that sport and physical education have in the prevention of youth violence in El Salvador.
