Mark Henick is a Mental Health Advocate, who has dedicated his life to breaking down the stigma that surrounds mental health. Currently the youngest ever board member for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Mark has also authored commentaries regarding mental health issues for major newspapers across both Canada and the U.S. Using his own personal experience to provide insight into the struggle of living with mental illness Mark's TEDx Talk is the highest viewed from 2013.
