Balloon Circuit. A Balloon Circuit is a fun, fast-paced way for students to use the Functional Fitness Charts in small groups.

Coach and Coach. Coach and Coach is a cooperative circuit that will help students develop leadership skills while improving their technique at various exercises featured on the Functional Fitness Charts.

Planning a Fitness Fun Fair. Invite the school community—parents, community leaders, trustees, etc.—to participate in a Fitness Fun Fair at which students act as health ambassadors/personal trainers, demonstrating activities and sharing their expertise.

Four-Corner Circuit. During the Four-Corner Circuit, students work in large groups to complete a number of exercises featured on the Functional Fitness Charts.
